Daran habe ich ja gar nicht gedacht. Mascarino gibt es, glaube ich, nur in Österreich. Aber Mascarpone gibt es auch in Deutschland, oder?

Ich bin noch nicht sicher, ob ich beim Nachbacken wirklich Erdnussbutter verwende, weil ich eigentlich kein Erdnuss-Fan bin… aber bei so einer kleinen Menge kann ich ja mal eine Ausnahme machen!
